I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic today. I brought my young child because I was concerned about their teeth. My child was crying and scared, but the dentist seemed impatient and did not make much effort to comfort or reassure my child. The dentist did not properly examine my child’s teeth or even take the time to look closely. I was told that my child would be referred to a specialist, but no treatment or proper examination was done during the visit. I understand that young children can be difficult to examine when they are crying, but I expected the dentist to be more patient and gentle with a scared child. My English is not very strong, so I also needed the dentist to explain things clearly and patiently. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I was properly listened to or communicated with. The staff member at the reception desk was kind and helpful, and I appreciate her assistance. However, I was not happy with the dentist or the way my child was treated. I hope the clinic can improve the way they communicate with parents and handle young, frightened children in the future.

This was my second visit with Dr Julian Francis, and once again I couldn’t be happier with the result. I broke my front tooth as a child and have needed it revised over the years. Many dentists told me they couldn’t do a single veneer because it takes exceptional skill to perfectly match one tooth to the surrounding teeth. Most recommended multiple veneers, as a single veneer can often stand out if it’s not done by a highly skilled clinician. Dr Julian Francis achieved exactly what others said couldn’t be done. My tooth looks absolutely incredible so natural that even the fine grooves and texture perfectly match my own teeth. You genuinely cannot tell which tooth has been restored. Beyond his technical ability, Dr Julian is kind, compassionate, and professional. He is a phenomenal dentist and a huge asset to this practice. Remember the name Dr Julian Francis I have no doubt you’ll be hearing it again one day. Whether it’s on TV, on a billboard, or simply through word of mouth, his talent deserves recognition. As someone who recently moved to Australia, I was extremely worried when I started experiencing severe tooth pain, especially knowing how expensive dental treatment can be here. At a time when I was very anxious and unsure, a close friend recommended this dental clinic, and I’m so grateful they did. From the moment I met Dr. Dumi, I felt reassured. He carefully examined my condition, did the necessary scans, and clearly explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. My pain was caused by a wisdom tooth that was in a very difficult position, and Dr. Dumi honestly explained the risks, possible complications, and the entire procedure before starting. His transparency and communication immediately built my trust. The extraction itself was quite complex, but thanks to Dr. Dumi’s exceptional skill and experience, he was able to remove the wisdom tooth successfully. I was truly impressed by his precision, calm approach, and professionalism throughout the process. After the procedure, he thoroughly guided me on aftercare, prescribed the necessary medication, and made sure I knew exactly how to recover safely. Not only was the treatment excellent, but the pricing was also very reasonable, which meant a lot to me as a newcomer. Most importantly, my pain is now completely gone. Dandenong Dental Care has a fantastic team, from reception to treatment was friendly and supportive. Dr Julian and his assistant Pradeeni were kind, informative and careful. There's was calming music playing which helped with my anxiety and they checked on me throughout to make sure I was OK. Dr Julian gave information and help set up a treatment plan without causing fear and without judgement. I have seen denists at other clinics in the past and had been bullied but it was a completely different environment here and a very understanding and realistic team. Afterward I was surprised to find that there were no cuts or damage to my lips as I have experienced at other clinics. I can't wait to be proud of my smile again with the help of this team I highly recommend Dr Julian for anyone. He is fantastic with people who are anxious or stressed about the dentist and I imagine he would be great with kids as he has a soft presence which would be great for giving kids the most comfortable experience to help them be comfortable and confident to seek dental care
